Jinene Clark
General Manager

Jinene leads the day-to-day operations and go-to-market strategy for Safer Lines. She is passionate about helping enterprise retailers leverage technology to improve the customer experience.

Prior to joining Safer Lines, Jinene spent 10 years as an executive at Telstra Australia, with 5 years in the Public Safety Industry Solutions Team; identifying, developing and delivering world-class Public Safety initiatives.   Jinene’s experience assisting large corporations, state and federal governments to address challenges to ‘citizens safety’ and supporting the emergency services with smart SaaS offerings, with many of the solutions at the forefront of IT development.


James Burnes
Head of Product

James works closely with customer experience, marketing, and digital technology executives at our retailers to help them deploy and successfully implement virtual queing, curbside pickup, and guest registry software in their stores.

Prior to launching Safer Lines, James was co-founder and CEO of Startup Queenstown Lakes Trust, an entrepreneur-led trust. He also serves as a trustee of Ministry of Awesome, the Christchurch, NZ startup ecosystem organizer. He has spent 20+ years in tech and startups and holds investments in several NZ and US technology companies.


Greg Wood
Partners Manager

Greg works closely with our partners to help them drive new revenues through our SaaS platform. Greg has 20+ years in IT&T, with a strong focus on long term, mutually beneficial partner relationship management.

Olivia Ash, J.D. M.S.
Legal Affairs Manager

Olivia oversees contracts, client partnership agreements, and training bringing fifteen years of management experience in the regulatory compliance industry with a specialty in client education.
